01 Poulet d'Ardenne






The youngest company within the Group is Poulet d'Ardenne. Right in the middle of the Ardennes we assure the handling of the "chicken of Bastogne". An Ardennes chicken of high quality. Chicken meat that has been prepared according to traditional methods, unique in its kind.

SPECIALITY

These chickens have been bred and slaughtered in the Bastogne region. 4,000 animals per lot at the most, living with 14 chickens per m² at the most.
Our animals are real maize chickens with a 100% vegetarian ration. They offer a high quality of meat and a taste which is unique in its kind : it remembers you the chicken our grand-parents raised.

They are available in legs, fillet, breast, wings.

We offer also a complete scale of poultry :
- turkey – duck – guinea fowl – rabbit – quail – pigeon –  chicken…

More and more : incorporated products of poultry :
